Assessment & Roadmaps
A thorough assessment of your business is conducted upon joining, quarterly thereafter, and upon exit. The assessment or 'Business Health Check' will establish goals and priorities, develop action plans and monitor trends and progress over time. This tool allows the management and/or coach of the company to assess the current status of the business and build priorities and action plans that are appropriate for the resources and stage of business development.

Customized Coaching
Social entrepreneurs participate in one-on-one coaching with experienced founders, CEO's, funders, serial entrepreneurs and other industry experts. Upon joining Social Fusion as a client company, companies are assigned a CEO Coach based on industry, organizational priorities and challenges, and the experience of the entrepreneur and the management team.
